I'have got it. The CF splitters and spoiler are parts of BMW Performance program. The CF spoiler is the one for all the E92/93. The one for E90 is already out since the E90/91 facelift. There are also CF mirror caps for M3 now. But it is really bad that there is no BMW Performance CF Intaike & Manifould as there is for N52 engines. Also no exhaust nor brakes upgrade.
BMW 135i has 6 piston front brakes BMW 135i Performance has upgraded 6 piston front brakes BMW M1 will have even larger and stronger 6 piston front brakes as if a M1 with FI is/will be more a trackable/tracked than a NA M3. |

The splitter and the spoiler are options... not part of the ZCP pkg. So no need to delete... just don't order them!

One more thought, you apparently get the larger GTS style wheel with the ZCP instead of the standard 19" wheel option.

No one in the US has frozen gray, and according the same post I mentioned above by Mark's M, no one will be able to get it in the US until August.
"August production was what was suggested for North American availability for Frozen Grey." You're right I think. They're not "edition" M3's, but I think to date they have all been special limited run M3 offerings. That said, according to the Individual color thread by marwan, it does appear Frozen Grey is being added to the standard palette of offered colors, at least in his country. |

FWIW, the ZCP might be a misnomer. Apparently BMW is standing behind this factory mod package to the relief of warranty concerned consumers. |

With this package and the 335is its clear they're really trying to take a hit on the aftermarket stuff.
BMW looks like they're really listening to what the customer wants, which is good, but could be executed a little better. The close and watchful eye of BMW gives me a lot of hope for what the next 1 series M model will actually turn out The splitter and spoiler look okay at best, but I bet BMW will charge up the ass for them from the parts bin |

To be honest, I think the regular 19" rims look better. However, being that the delta is only $500, I chose the competition package mainly for the -10mm drop. I figured a set of aftermarket springs would cost $250 + $200 install, so that makes up for most of the delta. Plus I would rather have lowered factory springs which have been engineered and balanced to work with the entire car.

Wheels are very nice, although I'm not a blue car kind of guy. I'm sure the improved TC tuning is nice. I don't really like any of the CF bits if I'm being honest.
I have no desire for start/stop on a sports car/sedan. If that came standard, and I had to manually disable every time, it would seriously be a deal breaker for me. |

http://www.jl-motoring.com/product_p/bmts9201.htm it looks exactly like the one on the 135 sauber edition. |

Auto Stop not available in US
Re the Auto Stop feature, according to Bimmerfile, this is to be available on EU models only: "The range of BMW EfficientDynamics measures fitted as standard in the models BMW M3 Coupé, BMW M3 Convertible and BMW M3 Sedan is now to be supplemented with the Auto Start Stop Function (not available in the US market)."
I think I'm actually a little disappointed. However, at least I don't have to worry about the functionality of the new feature and possible glitches. |

I would rather punch myself in the eye repeatedly than have stop/start. I f*cking hate squirrels and squirrels live in trees and emissions kill trees and that's the only reason I bought an M3. Bloody squirrels with their bushy tails and twitchy "ooh look at me I'm cute" noses. Bastards.

A possible alternative to buying the 'competition package' with your new M3.

I notice a lot of complaints about the auto start/stop feature from people living in the states. The information provided indicated that it's for european models. Do some people in the states have the european models?
