Yeah, for sure we should organize some sort of M3 meet in Tenafly... now I have one and can participate legit

Back a month ago, when I was brainstorming how to get to Tenafly to take delivery of my M3,- I should ve made a thread about needing a ride, take the offer from fellow poster and make a nice story out of it

That's exactly what I was thinking. I was on the fence about ZCP (I know everyone here loves it) but seeing those shiny rims definitely sways me towards doing it.

In 5 weeks and 1200 miles these ZCP Wheels are kinda dirty...

I haven't washed this M3 since I took delivery 5 weeks ago... all this time I let the rain wash it

Thus soaping, soaking and scrubbing with sheepskin glove begun

I refuse to use any "wheels acid cleaner" so I had to do it the natural way... I will tell you, cleaning ZCP Wheels was not easy

But I did it anyway and all I used is a BMW Shampoo and a Sheepskin Glove

Good Job, Nicely Done

Actually, I don't mind driving to city, but not for commute, just for fun and errands... and I know where every pot hole is so I avoid it
NY driving could be fun

Thanks! Actualy, I was more excited about the whole process of getting M3, it was not easy but fun... and now I have one in my driveway and nothing to look forward to but to driving it... which can be a lot of fun too

As a friend of mine said,- It's fun getting there, once you there is no fun. (he was a very rich man and could have anything he would ever want...)

Gotta love Space Gray ZCP. I think it might be the most common ZCP color.

If you are referring to the last photo... I could not agree with you more,- there was an instant moment where I was a hair too close to those blocks, it scared the sheeitzz outta me... default steering is too much assistance and is too soft and steering with one hand does not help at highway speed the car bounces all over the lane... good thing I had Servotronic (Vehicle-speed-sensitive variable-assist power steering) already programmed into M button so I gave it a go... with M Servotronic this M3 is on rails

Over the years I have learned to stay far back from curbs and blocks. So much so that I often have to re-park because I am too far back!
