Persians don't believe in the devil do they? Therefore your statement is invalid.

hey nawaaz, thanks for the invite, what time is the event? (and where?) i'll have to come sporting the evo though, in all its falling-apart-ness. maybe i'll get the clutch changed before then, fix the exhaust leak, vacuum the car out, change the coilovers out for the stock springs, swap out the front wheels back to stock.
oh, and i'll be getting my M3 in the next gen when it goes turbo. i've got BMW insiders |

I see that you have a bunch of fixing up to do! No worries man. We'd loved for you to come. And you're waiting for the next generation m3? I know why: You wanna modifiy that baby so you can take a BIG leap forward in making the best of its turbo potential. It's gonna be lighter weight too I've heard. But that's like 5 WHOLE yrs from now man.....I'd just settle with the current NA M3. You're gonna love it. It looks as though the meet will most likely take place at about 12 noon. I think that should be the perfect time. It's not too early or not too late. Also, it may 'most likely' be at the same Fuddrucker's that NTEC held their Saturday meets for the Evo's. It's almost at the intersection of Preston & 121, right besides the Stonebriar Mall of Frisco. How does that sound my friend? I'll go ahead and place your name on the list. Thanks Kevin! Kevin's Evo is Wicked White. From what I've heard, his Evo is making 500 whp!!!
But that was about a yr ago. He's probably making around 999 whp now, right Kevin? One thing's for sure, his Evo's is "MIND-BOGGLING-SUPER-FAST"!!! Us M3 guys better hide when he's in town. hehehe |

the evo is 500+whp. but right now its no faster then a rental car. if you floor it, the motor is pegged on the rev limiter immediately until the car slowly accelerates as the clutch slips. i'm actually trying to make the car more tame though. it is horribly uncomfortable for a daily driven car. i focused on making it a track car, but now that i have another evo for a track car, i am going to make my white one a quieter, simple looking, soft riding car. no more harnesses, super stiff suspension, loud exhaust!... both evos are paid off though, so its nice not having to worry about a payment. thats why we decided against our deposit on the 08 e90 m3 we put a deposit on last november. we ended up getting an outlander instead for lauren (it works great for moving the dogs around and all the evo stuff we transport everywhere, including trailering the yellow evo ) when the turbo m3 comes out i'll be on the list though (not first though, i'll let the retarded "new model" markup go away before i buy).

You got a 2nd Evo? When & how did you get the yellow Evo?
Btw, pushing my M3 to 8400 rpm is just Ohhhhhhhh my.... You absolutely MUST grab the key from me and try it when you come to the meet. I think you'll be convinced to get this generation's m3 afterwards...hehehe Last edited by Nawaaz; 07-29-2009 at 12:14 PM.. |

Wow, wtf. check this; . Dinan’s standard matching new car warranty coverage does not apply to racing components. Requires Dinan Racing software
So pretty much, if you get their midpipe, you don't get your warranty covered by Dinan like normal. Also it's 2300, not 2200. You also 'must' get the software if you get the midpipe. It costs 999, and it was 799 before. I'm not going to let Dinan rape me, so looks like I'm back to Fabpseed.

I'm prob going with Fabpseed now.
It seems like a better buy. 2400 for the x pipe with resonators and hfcs, and 1000+ 2300 for dinan totaling to 3300. Obviously not worth it. I'll call them either way :d

Man, I'm getting jealous now...hehehe I'm for sure gonna go for the catless set-up. I can't explain to you, but I want an absolutely amazing sound after I'm done with my mods. The power gain will be the bonus for me. |
