Looks likes got screwed on eBay by a user named 35-55mm!!

Long story short, I had bought a car but the guy said it had not arrived yet...we exchanged a few emails back and forth and he eventually told me that the car would arrive in April... As I had read here.

But since April16, no more news!

His PayPal name was Adrian Fujimoto and he is supposed to be located in NYC or Brooklyn somewhere but I am sure it was a fake.... Beware guys!!

There are always crooks around.... Damn them!

Curious as to why the units have surfaced? Could it be the "limited number of units" number was increased or simply a delay in manufacturing? What was that original total anyway? 500?

Thanks for the notice of shipment BTW... somewhat of a surprise. Took longer to get this than the M3

Order placed 3, February for those curious sorts.

5,000 was the original number of units... I see now...

I also received a confirmation from Tischer about the Jeff Koons car.

FYI:

1) ECS Tuning also has the Jeff Koons car in stock for about $13 less than Tischer.

2) I contacted Minichamps directly to try and track down a #78 GT2 since they are NLA from BMW. I was finally able to get one at carvillemodelsshop.com for $155 (plus shipping). I just received it today. It's in a Minichamps box, not the BMW dealer packaging. Other than the outer box, everything else inside seems to be the same exact model (shown earlier).
