Finished with my Autosolutions shifter install. Removed a CAE from the car to clean up the interior a bit. Install did in fact suck. Hopefully it drives about as well as the CAE.

Sorry, I am keeping both in case I get bored and can always switch back and forth...also, its my OEM push button, the only thing different is the blue face that is from IND.

I’d prefer matching colors. How about blue button (face) with the silver LE bezel?

I like the LCI (your oem) bezel more with black buttons/faces, but like the pre LCI bezel with colored buttons. I also cleared my iND red button in matte, the gloss didn’t fit in imo.

Tonight I spent a couple hours pulling out the rear subframe bush. I used the eBay tool which requires cutting or chiseling off the ears of the bush to work on a m3. Overall it did the job. I just lowered the subframe to do it and didn't completely remove it . Left the diff/axles in but had already removed the brakes when I painted them which definitely helped with access to the bush. I put the aluminum ones in the freezer and will install tomorrow.

I have a craftsman digital handheld one. But it feels like the tire is always under inflated by a little. can anyone recommend a proper pressure gauge?

I'd looked at used sets but people asking ridiculous prices for these, most of which need refinishing. By the time I'd refinish a used set, I'm getting pretty close to cost new, so that's the route I went.

I just did this the other weekend. I did this with the subframe removed from the car. Couple things that might help you in case the tool you have doesn't work:

Freezing the aluminum bushings did little to help me out. I put a small amount of dish soap on the bushings, that seemed to help a bit. Something that was very effective for the aluminum diff bushings, since I couldn't get the press in position to get those, was to put a large grade 8 bolt with a ton of washers through the bushing, and secure the bolt to only the bushing with a nut and large washer on the other side. Then smacked the bolt head with a metal head hammer. The dead blow and rubber mallet did not transfer enough force to the bushing to get it to move, but the metal hammer on the bolt moved them pretty easily. This allows you to wail on the grade 8 bolt without hammering the bushing itself.

Would love to hear if you can feel a difference in driving characteristics. I've always wanted to do this, but I've heard from a decent amount of people they are heavier than the forged 220s... but they look phenomenal.

Very easy, assuming you have the non-fabric visors. I used acetone and an old t-shirt.

I'm considering getting a cheap set of visors from ebay and trying my hand at re-covering them in black suede.
