I'm not sure how it would look any thing like a Brembo. If he likes the shape of the monobloc caliper, well, he's not getting that. If he like's the red, why the logo? You're a good guy for giving him the benefit of a doubt, but his intention is rather obvious, at least IMO. Although, I must say I'm curious how our OEM calipers would look with the Brembo logo. Does it even fit the Brembo logo?

Spotted AW E92 M3 yesterday, bright effing angel eyes, front splitters, csl trunk, 5 spoke wheels ( I think 20s), blue brembos and aftermarket exhaust. As he passed me I saw an "ESS" badge on the back. That thing sounded like a monster! Is he/she on the forum? The windows were too dark and I didn't see the driver. I saw it at bayview and York mills at around 630pm...if its a girl I so want her number

^^^Please share these negative reviews with the community, as I am not aware of anything other than aspersions and innuendo disseminated by people like UNNATURAL (whom I've met and who was a nice enough guy - don't really know why he felt he had to jump into every thread that mentioned supercharging and crap on other products with "blown engine" comments). I know 3 people in the GTA that have E9x SC kits from manufacturers other than ESS and are very happy with their choices. Stop buying into the ESS propoganda which pervades this forum.

See the above thread for an example of issues with an ESS kit. For someone who says that he isn't trying to justify something, you sure do go on to try to justify it Like I said, there is a lot of here-say on here, but not a lot of facts. Listen, this forum is full of aggressive ESS fanboys, so just be careful if you are actually thinking of getting an SC kit. Do your own direct research by calling the manufacturers. There are actual cars with ESS, AA and Gintani in Toronto, so you may even be able to get a first-hand experience as part of the decision process. Quote:

I agree with you canuckistan, but I'm still curious why ppl are ESS fanboys and not AA or gintani? What is it about ess? Doesn't Gintani make more power? I know that would be the selling point for me so I'd go gintani for that reason

ESS was first-to-market with their kit and had a lot of uptake on this forum. People seem to want to praise what they bought and crap on the competition - it's human nature to some extent, but there are a number of very aggressive and obnoxious fanboys here that in my view go too far.

Interesting spot today leaving work, around 5pm on Steeles near Woodbine. White E92 M3 with black wheels, black grille, LED angel eyes, what appeared to be a matte black vinyl roof (didn't look like carbon)... most notable was the tri-colour M decals up the hood and continuing across the side mirrors and bottom edge of the C-pillar. Certainly interesting, not exactly my cup of tea though.
