I need help guys here is my problem that I am having a hard time putting 1st gear sometime not everytime. you think I am gonna need a new clutch or something else.

How much is sometimes? Every once in a while (say every few months) it's a little hard for me to get into first while stopped. I never force it into gear though. Usually, if you're on a hill, letting it roll a few inches then trying helps. I don't shift into first while it's rolling. I hope you're not trying to get it into first while rolling. If need be, you an start off in second gear. But if it's hard to get into first more than that I'd say you might need to see the service dept.

And some day, if you drive the car long enough, you will need a new clutch. But I wouldn't suspect you'd need one before 100K miles.

I was on the fence about to go M DCT. Then I researched and read countless threads of issues with it...lag..random stalling...error codes...no thanks I think ill wait for MDCT 2.0
