Sent everyone who purchased a kit an email - looks like a couple stage II injectors got mixed in with one of the kits (6 of the correct injectors, and two incorrect). Please check your email and check every box of injectors to ensure the part number ends with a 4 on each individually packaged box. If one or more of them does not, please contact us for a replacement!

Also, on another note, the CSF oil cooler will not fit with the Harrop kit. We are placing a bulk order for do88 coolers. I have run them on my car for a few years and there is no question about it's effectiveness, both in reducing temperatures huge improvement in recovery time.

Thank you!

First time driving the car in a long time, took one of the new Harrop SC owners for a ride in our car. I forgot what a beast she is! Boost at a peak of 10psi :

Possibly American Racing Headers for the S65. I remember years ago Mike was running them on his E90. Let's wait for Mike B' to respond to be certain.
.

.

.
Various versions exist such as with and without cats, with or without resonators etc. as well as diameter 1 and 5/8th inch into 3 inch diameter pipes versus 1 and 3/4 inch diameter tube into 3 inch tube.
.
https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-3...9x-m3/?pdk=AgE
AND
https://americanracingheaders.com/collections/bmw
.
The stock OEM headers are not too bad and probably take quite a bit of engineering to improve upon.

I have the ARH Headers. While I love the sound and performance, I probably would have stuck with stock if I did it over again. The inability to easily swap back to the stock exhaust coupled with the labor necessary for installation, and the reduction in underground clearance would hav even enough for me to stay stock.

I'm looking at ARH's complete system. I want as much power as I can squeeze out of this kit. How much clearance do you lose?

My current setup is a catless, 2x resonator x-pipe and a muffler delete. It sounds amazing above 3K WOT but it's loud as fuKk ALL THE TIME and a little raspy/drones below 3K. I think the ARH system will make good power, and tone things down a bit but still sound awesome.

I've only been home like 4 days since thanksgiving. I just got back and I'm leaving again in a few weeks. My plan is to dyno the car. If it's running strong I'm going to leave it as is until I have to pull the blower for something else. If that changes for whatever reason I'll let you guys know.
Did you ever get to find a cause?

I haven't and I'm on the road again. I'm not going crazy over it. The car is running strong so I'm just enjoying it. When I have to pull the blower for something else, I'll swap the valve.

Currently, trying schedule some dyno time when I get home. I just want some frame of reference for what kind of power I'm making.

I finally pulled the trigger on the Harrop supercharger. Originally considered purchasing back in 2017 but was advised against it due to the chance of blowing up the motor. After reading about so many satisfied owners and the proven track record over the years I just couldn't hold off anymore. I purchased my 2009 e92 M3 back in 2012 with about 20,000 miles. I currently have 49000 miles so not a daily. Since ownership I have only had to replaced a bad oxygen sensor and of course the throttle actuators. Until recent the only performance upgrades have been to the exhaust and an ESS tune. Catless with Dinan xpipe and Meisterschaft gt2. Install was done at Rouge Engineering in Upper Saddle River New Jersey. Ben is the owner and has a passion for cars that is unrivaled by anyone I've met. A five minute call to discuss a part or upgrade normally turns into a twenty minute trip filled with enlightenment and enthusiasm. I have been taking my car to his shop ever since Mike referred me and have not been disappointed. If your looking to have any work done give Ben a call and pick his brain, you'll get an understanding of what I'm talking about. The valve cover gaskets were replaced during install due to a preexisting leak on the passenger side. Also opted to have the Rod bearings replaced for peace of mind. I picked the car up last Wednesday and was just amazed at how sweet the kit looks. I have seen a ton of pics and videos on this forum, Youtube, and websites but it just looks better when it's on your ride. Along with the BPM tune I also received there DCT tune as well. I was advised not to go over 5,000 rpms for the first 500 miles because of the new Rod bearings so unfortunately I can't give a review of the all out performance of the Harrop yet but I can confirm the way the car drives matches the visual fit and finish of this kit. Its as smooth as stock but driving around town and taking off at stop lights requires less effort. The added power is definitely there but not in a brutish way. Now I know there is a big debate on Rod bearing break in period process but I'm siding with caution and my car gurus. I feared that the supercharger whine would be a bit much before install but due to the nature of my exhaust modifications it's actually muted to a greater degree than I might prefer. Once I'm not throttle restricted I will reassess. I have to add that Mike from BPM was great through the whole process. Always quick in answering any questions regarding the kit providing updates and advice. So that's my story so far. I look forward to updating once the restrictions are lifted.

DOPE i just dropped my car off to get my Harrop installed at rogue too! My car sound the same e92 at 49k miles only difference its a 2013. Glad to hear you enjoying it, makes me even more excited to get it back in the next day or two. Mike @ BPM is great, he got me setup with a all the do88 coolers & a p3 gauge to complete my install & he always makes the time to answer any questions which is great. So far my experience with Ben at rogue has been great as well, keeping me in the loop with pictures of the install is always nice as i wish i could be there every step of the way. toast to HARROP BPM & ROGUE

Got my car back on the dyno today. It's the same dyno I used to get some numbers before I did the Harrop install. Before the Harrop kit, I had an OTS tune, catless x-pipe with two resonators and a "custom" muffler delete rear section. It made 363rwhp and 301lbsft. After the Harrop kit with the BPM tune it made 510rwhp and 403lbsft. I'm extremely pleased with the kit and the cars performance. I attached an iPhone pic of the before and after runs overlayed on the same graph. Figured the guys with kits and the guys considering kits would want to know.

Thanks for posting. You will love this kit. Moreover, peak torque is around 4200RPM. Around town that's very useable real world performance availability. Running a catless x-pipe (or high flow secondary cats with the primaries removed) really helps to unleash the Harrop S65 kit. Running three or up-to 4 gallons of E85 with the remainder of the tank filled with E10 93 Octane (R+M)/2 also really helps if ever needed on hot humid summer days (weeks..). With over 400ft-lbs of torque at the rear wheels traction on cooler days (<50F) requires some throttle finesse, MDM, and/or lower cold rear tire pressures. If your car has EDC, the 2nd and 3rd settings help mitigate left rear tire spin by tying the body down with increased rebound damping, which slows the upward body motion caused by drivetrain twist (wind-up) when shifting. I run a 295 section width on an 11 inch wide wheel and it's still challenging but fun. A 305 or 315 is probably what it really needs or 100 treadware UTQG tire with a softer compound. I had the most fun with it running DOT legal drag radials in a 285/40R18 size Nitto NT05R - if I recall correctly. I made some earlier posts in this thread about them and that experience. Anyway, great move and thanks for letting us know.

I've been putting off doing this for nearly 9 months now. Finally getting around to installing everything and will hopefully be completed in a few days. I did find a leak which might be valve covers, but until I break into it tomorrow I won't know definitively.

Big thanks to the Doc @DrFerry who I was spitballing ideas back and forth and some other small talk, really appreciate it buddy!
