In New York City today, walking somewhere near broadway and 44th around 10pm last night saw a clean white carbon roof e92. Looked like part of a car meet. Was hoping you'd rev and put the kiddos in Hondas to rest. Nice car.

Wow! Those look shorter and stretched compared to my 275s. What tires?
*Nevermind, it’s the /30/ that is throwing me off and unusual.

I also run 275/30/19 in the front.. but I hate it because the car wanders too much between ruts, maybe I need to run more toe? Anyone else feel like they're wrestling a pig sometimes down a bumpy road?

it was a pain in the ass
i thought i was going to rip the leather trying to get to the LATCH
anyway, they're there
and the seat is locked in solid

i'm going to make a separate thread for the benefit of others who need to find the hidden LATCH system

Nuna car seat base installed using the latch system

They're Dunlop DZ102's. They are a bit too stretched for my liking

I drove it for a few miles to let the springs settle and I had no issues

Installed RPI red air scoops. Install was somewhat of a PITA. I like the visual with the pop of red, supposedly more air comin in so that can't be bad. Butt Dyno tells me we've clearly gained 20HP 😄

i took the last day of the year to take care of some overdue maintenance items

replaced the hood struts
oil change
finally installed the rear dash cam (had been running just the front for over a year)

Nice! Where did you source those?

i have a 2008 e90 m3, no fold down seats

after some researching, it looks like there IS a latch but it's hidden and i have to dig for it?
i will give it a try this weekend
Interesting. I didn't know the coupe and sedan had different mounts. We just had our first and when I went to test install the car seat, the foldable cover flap over the anchor in the rear seat broke off... of course. Will fix it later. Doesn't bother me now but if I ever go to sell I'd like it to be pristine again.

To be honest it was so long ago when I bought them that I'm not 100% where I got them, but they are made by AutoTecknic (weird spelling) and can be bought from a variety of vendors, a quick google search finds them easily.

I have some 275/35/18’s on the front of mine and have been pretty happy occasionally you can get some pretty strong rail roading usually at low speed and on shitty roads with worn grooves. Adds to the fun, I don’t mind it...

it's not a sedan vs coupe issue
i think the difference is whether the car has fold down seats or not
mine doesn't have fold down

Didn't realize that was an option! Good to know. Love the fold-downs. Have already used them more than I thought
