You should pursue this to the full extent of the law. A person like this needs to be kept of the road

If the situation was reversed and a guy had done this to a innocent female driver, there would be outrage and a desire to throw the book at the guy. Why should she get off easy just because she is a female.

That was quite the video, thanks for sharing the story...

I thought this one was pretty crazy too (plastered guy in E90 drives into someones house... pay attention to the field sobriety test, so funny).

Props for holding your composure... If she was kicking my car it would probably be nearly impossible for me to watch without intervening.

Hope they fix it fast and look like new when their done. I had a drunk in Vegas smash into my Saab once at a light and he took off. $8000 in damage and my Saab was 14 fucking days old with 70 miles. Word of advise, go by the body shop and make sure their doing a good job. The assholes I gave the car to were "Dealership" body shop and they didn't even seal up the metal seams, so when it would rain, the trunk would flood with water. A year of ass pain. Plus I never was able to get that basterds tag number.

But I would have destroyed that bitch's life If had been you. Zero tolarence for drunks, especially a drunk that tries to fight back.

What a great guy you are. You made the right choice by not pressing battery charges. My aunt's husband was cheating on her and caught him so she slapped him and he filed assault charges and ruined her life for quite a while, these sort of things are no joke. I would sue for property damage if I was you. There is no reason for you to pay for other peoples mistakes. All in all, you came out a better person out of this situation and definitively scored some Heavenly points. It's nice to know there are still decent people out there so thank you!

Given that she was delusional, I would have stayed fairly calm until the kicking part. No way could I witness my car being violated like that. That would have been the breaking point to my anger.

I dont think I would have slept for some time being in that situation, knowing the car suffered the way it did.
