Really interesting build, I love stuff like this and I kinda stumbled upon it while looking at M3 CRT stuff. I was wondering where you got the interior "REP CRT" trim badge? I'm currently doing a concept "330is" build on my car and was hoping to get a similar badge made but I don't know the correct size or where to get it made.

Thanks, I used an Etsy member actually. I was going to have a nicer plaque made by customcarplaques but he wasn’t able to get one done for me.

Yeah, also seemed to match the closest and appears to be easy to work with.

Do you still plan on skipping the 4.4L Stroker? Looking at your garage, do you still have the ESS supercharger on it?

Still rocking the supercharger unless the engine blows. Also saving to acquire 1 of 3 CRTs brought into the U.S

Passenger seat ordered, going to have a local shop install the seat covers to see if I can reduce the wrinkles.

Man you deserve it.

Love this build and your dedication to the cause.

I feel like the CRT is criminally lacking in coverage (photos, write-ups, YouTube, and what have you) compared to the likes of its peers like the GTS, E46 CSL, heck even the LRP. I want more nerdy detail and photos so crisp that can I picture the exact weave pattern of the silver carbon trim from memory, damn it.

Love this build, will be following closely! One possible future item (that I'm also looking at) is CF roof on the sedan. Next time my windshield gets damaged, I'll probably have a shop quote me for the install.

With as rare as OEM E90 Carbon/leather are, it pains me to see this...you could have done the same with a wood kit, no?

No, the wood would’ve been way harder to strip and the wrong thickness.

This carbon leather set was removed from a car in really bad condition out of a wrecked car.

I still have my original carbon leather set.

Super cool build! What’s the deal with all the wrinkles? Looks like they were sent to you like that?

No biggest regret should’ve had them install. I just purchased the cover, I’m having local upholstery shop install the passenger seat, will see how it compares. Nothing on AMX this was one me.
