A few Aluminum shavings won’t score the steel rotors in the oil pumps.
I am not sure what to do other than monitor it. I installed an after market air filter right before i brought it in. i am hoping that noise may be coming that. I am going to try an oem filter to see if the noise changes. I dont know if the shop would pull it all apart again on good faith.
