^^yea we only get 2 its crazy. you know back when the e46 came out they were not as available as the e9x are and we use to have waiting list 40 deep for those. I think BMW should make the M's more exclusive instead of flooding the market. but dont get me wrong we love to sell as many as we can, but as an enthusiast first i would like the brand to be a little more exclusive.

i would not be surprised if a lot of dealers put mark ups on the 1m knowing they will be only getting 1 or 2 units. we however will never do that never have never will

You cant beat Ryan's (Amico) Customer service. I will always order or buy from Ryan. Not that any SA I have dealt with are even "good", but I go to Rusnak because I have a friend who is a service tech there and exclusively works on my car. I actually don't even deal with the SA anymore I just text my friend drop my car off and he will tell me when its ready. "It's all about who you know." FTW!

I think he was saying, how is this a sting since cops are always looking for people with tint and who are talking on their cell phones.
A sting would be more like when they have 3 cops standing on an on-ramp with a no right turn from 6am-10am and the just flag the peeps down who are making the right turns and give them tickets. Maybe crackdown is a better word for it, unless they are just sitting somewhere and pulling people over with tint, just for the tint... D |

when you say "sting" it means that they're going to be doing something 'undercover'
they're always looking to give tickets

Btw this is the kind of stuff that happens in OT: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...=1#post9353160 I'm used to it and find it funny. But i feel if you got treated that way, you'd blow up and be like "come fight!" or something like that. Just a simple observation on my part don't take it seriously

I would also say that they DO care about Tint and talking on the phone. I have been pulled over three times for tint and received three tickets for tint. This was a few months ago.
Also my wife got a "talking on the phone" ticket about a year ago, and I have been pulled over once for that as well. Just not ticketed. D |

I used to at the beginning... then I got used to it. It's just how OT is. They're brutal as hell. 100000xxxxxx times worse than anything we could do in this chat Quote:
Fortunately I don't use my phone for talking... BT FTW and when I text etc. I position it by the gear shifter, so it looks natural-ish lol Tint... well with the top open, it's hard to tell I'm tinted too much and when i see a cop at night i generally pull my windows down if i can

I'm sure, but that's not the point. The point is that BMW's are expensive and loaners should be available for everybody, just not people who have a connection. It's annoying. |

The dealer pays for the loaner, not BMW if I remember right It works cause by the time you drive over, the SA would have done all the paperwork 30% all around 60% windshield
