Here's a car buying hack for you during these difficult times...

If you buy a car in individual parts (steering wheel, pedals, engine, transmission, body, frame, windows, seats, etc) you can have a brand new car at MSRP. No markup involved.

Congrats on your newly acquired Aztek TiMSport. I wouldn't have had the balls to post that in the last items you bought thread, but I respect your level of self confidence.

They work well, but not for outside. I should have investigated more. Their operating range precludes outside use. Plus they're not to be used in damp environments. So I'm using them in a couple of floor lamps we have in our living room. Plus I bought two more to use on new lanterns I just bought.

I'd love to have one, but it would be useless here as we're surrounded by trees. It usually seems calm here until we walk out of the hood and get blasted by wind out on the main road.

Gorilla Ladder. My brother recommended this when I was telling him how I'm not very confident on normal ladders now because my sense of balance went away with the hair on my head. This thing is light, sturdy, and helps me keep my balance. It's high enough for most things I need to do around the house and the work tray at the top is perfect for tools and such. I love that it has steps instead of narrow rungs.

I have one in white but it has no tray. I like it for smaller jobs around the house especially since it's super light and compact so you're not smashing it into things, beats pulling out my other one that weighs 70 pounds or so.

Kind of wish that mine had the tray but hey I only paid $15 for it, there was some sort of a deal posted on Slickdeals so I said why not

Not the last item I bought, but since we're on the topic of home weather stations, I have a Weatherflow Tempest. Love it. 100% solid state and 100% reliable for a year and a half now.

I'd love to have one of these as I'm a bit of a weather buff. But our yard is surrounded by tall trees, so it's shady and wind shielded. Not sure how accurate the weather station would be.
