Why the big price difference between the 3.45 and 3.62 Dinan? Same housing, same seals, same shims, same carrier, same LSD, same bearings. Just a different ring gear and pinion gear. There is typically no difference in cost between various gear ratios when replacing R&P in other diffs.

After reading more about the 3.62, does the upgrade need a tranny flash to run properly?

What do you think of the diff now?
Does the car pull alot harder and do you this it would make much of a difference say racing from 2nd gear with a sc? |
