I also like the carbon fiber lip for the 1M bumper which gives me a lot of clearance driving on the streets of LA. I have about 3 1/2 inches of ground clearance which is enough to clear any steep driveways and speed bumps. The lip also clears the parking lot of The Americana in Glendale which destroyed a lot of lips going down the multi level parking. LOL |

I feel you on that. Hence the development of the new RCRT Street lip I got. The lowest point is literally the OEM bumpers lowest point.
Again the car looks fantastic. Great job. |

This looks really good. I think the trunk looks great the way it is. This is definitely one of the best wraps I've seen. I was convinced it was OEM fire orange when I first saw it. And for that price, I could have changed the color of my car instead of clear filming.

Nope it's regular 3M clear wrap. I did the whole front, front fenders, rockers and wheel arches for the same money.

Saw you this morning again on my way to work bro. Right where you get off the 10 at Bundy. Car looks/sounds ridiculous...aggressive and clean as hell

I also saw you when I made a right turn. What kind of license plate bracket do you have mounted on the tow hook? |

Damn. Good lookin change going with that 1M bumper. That's the same look I'm leaning to. Nice car OP.
Notice any issues in change in terms of approaching driveways regarding the new lip? I mean as compared to your previous setup. More angled approach/slower turn in?

No need to do some crazy angle to get off the driveway and I can take speed bumps head on. |

I am dropping off the car today at Rotora to install their E92 M3 BBK kit.
I opted for the Red BBK Color to go with the Fire Orange, I think it should match well with the Volk Super Laps with the Red sticker on the spokes. I will post pictures of the install and impressions on the Rotora BBK kit. Last edited by Archiebabes; 07-17-2012 at 09:46 AM.. |
