I never worked with anyone in NY but after working with Alan for 3 years, and obviously everyone in the office knew the old story, I was curious and started to looking into it. Alan actually ran the mortgage company Mortgage Strategies Group, a big time lender for Lending Tree back in the boom, mainly purchase deals. Anyway, it was when I first got into the mortgage business, Alan pretty much schooled me in selling, and he was one of Jordans best guys, which is why Jordan funded the opening of Monroe Parker for him.
John Rosemary, one of Alan's best employees at the stock firm, ended up being our AE for Aegis Wholesale. Small world.. Ill say that. |
