Reading conflicting stories in this thread on kw sleeve kit and it hitting perch in front on a 19 x 10 et. 20 but this was a case where no rubbing anywhere with this wheel setup and suspension in front without spacer, only in rear I believe

No, widths and ETs are fixed mathematical measurements.

Ok do you think because one member was an e90 while the other was a e92? E90 have more clearance overall? The e90 was running bbs ch square, 19 x 10, offset 20, 275/30/19 and didnt experience rubbing in kw sleeve over kit. I’m at a lost here from different experiences, unless someone here is off on there experiences with kw sleeve over kit and rubbing/clearance in front

Again , all depends on tires! Every sidewall is different .. And before you do any of this, take the kw sleeve kit and put it directly in the trash . |

Thanks, I didn’t think it would be an issue. I bet I won’t be able to use the current 265/35 up front with them though. And why? They seemed like the better choice vs springs.

Lol I just hate how tall the 265/35 looks up front on the 10’s and figured they would easily rub the strut/collar when I lower it. I almost went with b&g’s but I liked the idea of the slight adjustablily and didn’t think you could go wrong with a kw product! Just hoping these will hold me over until I get some ohlins or something along those lines. I’m always up for any advice though, appreciate it lol. |

I have 265/35/19 PSS up front and have the smallest amount of rub in zcp suspension. Only time it rubs is sharp turns with one tire off camber. From what I've read, you can run these on lowering springs with some camber but you'll still get some rubbing on inner fender liner in sharp turns

Switch to the 275/30 and do it right. 265/35 up front just isn't right. It's much taller than stock, limits fitment, rubs, looks bubbly, etc.

I didn't buy a ZCP car to ultimately change the suspension. I chose a 265/35 cause I wanted the best ride while filling the wheel gap. I get compliments all the time with how it sits. Every one has their opinion on looks so that'll be up to each person. It's like saying the only reason to go with a square wheel set up is to have the ability to rotate tires. It's certainly one of the main reasons but not the only reason.

(With that said, the 19x10" ET25 up front will clear stock suspension with lowering springs, as well as many aftermarket coilovers.) ** I am currently lowered on B&G S2 Springs (E92 M3 with EDC, not competition pack.) So with the above being said, I should be able to run 19x10" ET25 squared without rubbing - but what tires could I run? Generally speaking.. I know different brand tires will have slightly different size variation in the same specs, but what are some tire sizes I would be safe going with? |

I would be encouraging of 275/30/19 sizing to avoid rubbing at steering lock. On 10" width I have run 265/30 (PSC2, too short) and 275/30 (PS4S, slightly short.) IMO 275/30 is better fitting on 9.5" width. |
