That reminds me - have you seen that new show "Zealand Shore"? It's sofa-king sweet. And hey, it turns out the name "Snooky" works down in Oceana just like it does in the States. Makes sense - sounds kinda Aussie-ish, no?

Almost every freaking model has an 'M' model. Only thing left is to have is an M for every model (E92 328 M, E92 335 M, E92 M3, etc). They don't need that many more to complete that task . It's a joke now, especially when there's nothing left of what M used to mean. It's just a marketing exercise now IMO. Good day gang.

Funny thing is, they actually beat you to the punch there - they've had the M Sport lineup for that purpose for some time now (technically since E30 days, I think, but only in the US since E9x, not counting the similar E46 330i ZHP).

But no, we'll get a bunch of automatic-transmission only X3/5/6M's instead, so we, as American's, can live up to the stereotype of looking like we're trying to compensate for something by having a giant SUV instead of something that is more fun and just as practical to drive. |

According to leftlanenews it will be a new inline 6 3.2L with twin turbos plus an electric turbo to eliminate lag. So 430hp and 450torque in a lighter engine than the current V8... And mileage will probably be over 20 mpg combined which is amazing for that kind of power. We know the current N54 can do 370 HP with a few modes, now a little bigger engine with bigger turbos (which would be the reason for the electric turbo and eliminating lag with it) should easily be able to produce 430hp and be stable.

This M3 pickup? Saw it at the Welt, I actually don't mind it and think it is kinda cool since it is not going to make it into production...

I was just getting ready to say that at least the 'El M3 Camino' is not on the list.
Glad to see there is still going to be a 4-door option if I don't get an M5.

I think most of us would rather see a Z2 M Roadster and Coupe than a Z4. As stated before a Z4M would probably be $85,000+ (US), the old versions at $55K hardly sold, coupe sold like 2,000 units over its entire life. Now the new Z2 with a turbo i4 getting 330 horsepower or so would be amazing, Cayman would have a tough time competing.

I wonder if they mean model or release year. The current e92 was released 2007 in Europe, but not here until early/Spring 2008. That would mean a Spring 2015 release of the coupe. Any ideas Scott or is it too early to say?

Won't judge them til I drive them but i'd rather see the Z2 and Z4 get a M than the X suv models.
