Booked with RG for Next week. Those guys at RG are very friendly. I'll post update when its done. Anticipation on what my bearings look like is killing me.

I asked if they could take pictures but they tossed the bearings into a plastic bag and handed it to me lol!

I've booked a rod bearing job at The Speed Syndicate.
They've done quite a few RB replacements, and recommend the BE bearings with OEM bolts. Total quote for parts (all the add-on parts except for motor mounts) and labour is sub $3K. |

Use the BE bolt as well. The oem bolts requires multiple torque sequence

Any updates after the rod bearings were completed? Looking to perform rod bearings sometime this year with one of the vendors in Vancouver. Spec: 2009 e90 M3 with 120,000km |
