Good day today. 40 cars only at Thunderhill east. 2:05.xx bypass and 2:02.xx cyclone were my new PBs. Almost did a 2:00 bypass but got blocked in 14/15, couldn't apex into a car that was pitting
![]() Friends rode along, they are JRZ believers now. Was curbo hoppo all over. Sumting Wong with my ABS sensor. Already replaced original front right sensor when it wouldn't stop giving me errors. With the new one, once I pull into pit after cool down, I get same errors again. I wonder if it's the wheel bearing. Error goes away after the car sits and I clear codes. Do another session? It's just fine! Any clues? |

Had KW Competitons prior and like the MCS much better. Easier adjustments and customer service are much better with MCS.

I'm in love with tools that make life easier and save time. I finally splurged and picked up this set of torx bits/sockets. I have another set, but it's not as complete.
Also picked up a trim removal kit for like $12. I resisted for many years and got by with a screwdriver, but I'm tired of it. Planning on adding some free "lightness" soon.

I was very happy with my setup. A major improvement in dampening over the KW V3 I had prior. They were highly recommended by a lot of the larger shops I inquired with too. It is a relatively new company, started by some key people of two other suspension companies. JRZ & ??

I'm disappointed with you. In the track section there are two ways to remove trim. Pull and pull harder.

My wife's Miata has MCS 2WR, and I've driven M3s, 911s, STIs, and a few other things with MCS on them. A well setup MCS install is sublime. I plan on swapping to MCS on my E46 M3 track car eventually.

I thought you were looking at the 25% off of Moton? MCS are great. Just get JRZ since we have a local person who can rebuild (Chewerkz in El Monte).

Question for the group.
On my DCT car I am getting low RPM high load knock like crazy. Didn't notice it much when I first got the car, but this fall and winter it is really lame. Gas in the Northwest is 92, perhaps the winter blend is what's doing it. I also feel like the Alpine tune I have is trying to put too much timing into that portion of the map to give it better low RPM response. Anyone else deal with this?
