Over the summer the Lakers need to move Nash and pull CP3, they also lack in the husle department so they should try to pic up guys like Gerald Wallace and others...even if they make the playoffs this year it will be a short coming.

NKC is right. Advertising is huge in HK/Asia for Kobe. You can find Kobe replica jersey all over the place in Asia but you will rarely see Lebron's.

And HK and Chinese mainlanders been jumping the Kobe bandwagon since the early 2000 when they won the championship.

Lakers make playoffs...no doubt in my mind when they went on that losing streak. NBA is a joke but still entertaining and predictable at times, so here we are.

Last night Kobe was doing good as defacto point guard. Steve Blake needs to improve his ball handling, he was getting picked like crazy.

The Clippers are slumping badly.

I hope SoCal basketball gets to at least the conference finals this year.

For Inside the nba, shaq doesn't really add much. He has some funny moments, but charles is the reason to watch that show.

I doubt the spurs are trying to lose on purpose. They just had two tough losses and are still vying for the overall number one seed over Miami. The lakers are a tough 8th seed, but I'd rather have home court over OKC if I were the spurs.

LOL a quick google search shows a couple of threads on spurstalk about avoiding the lakers. If I were a spurs fan, I'd rather win all my games, good strategy or not.

But hey, if they want to gift the lakers a win on that last week of the season, I'm all for it. Honestly though, even if that's a must win game for the lakers, I'd rather have a spurs team really trying to win.
