FS: Winter Wheels and Tires in Calgary
I'm moving to a place without snow and need to sell my M3 winter wheels/tires before mid next week:
They are 235/40/18 all around with Blizzak WS 60s. These provide EXCELLENT traction on snow and ice. There are tires that are sportier to drive, but for snow/ice traction, I think these are outstanding. If the M3 is your only winter ride, these are what you'd probably want. They are on A7 Sport Edition wheels with BMW center caps. I've driven on them for 1 and a half winters but I only drive 1-2 days a week and not very far. They are still in excellent condition. I think they were around ~$1,500 from Tire Rack but I can't remember the exact price (I bought them off someone else who only had them a couple weeks). Price is $650 for the set. PM me an offer if you are interested. http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=631300

Man, nice winter we're having this year! Only 1-2 real "cold snaps" - otherwise a lot of plus temps! I'll take this any day. Even keeping my truck relatively clean in this weather although I was just in Phoenix and it's funny to watch what I would consider extremely clean cars going into the car washes. Good times all around!

I have been driving my car pretty regularly this winter, even on the coldest days. Just go from heated garage to underground parking and back
Can't wait for spring to get some better tires on the car again though! |

I would definitely switch to my summer's but we've run into an issue where UPS damaged a tire upon shipping and are now being a real pain in the ass about it. They denied sonic-ms' claim so.. looks like I've got an unusable tire sitting on perfectly good wheels begging to be mounted.
Agreed. Always down for wings. Have you visited www.projecttechnik.com yet?
