The thrill you get on a bike doesn't compare to any car. So time to move one.

I totally miss my bikes! I agree that if you have a bike and nice summer car, the bike will be more fun. Nothing like being on a quality bike!

Enjoy! And ride safe

I had a similar issue with my f10, the tire would not hold air whatsoever, it would be coming out just as fast the compressor was filling it, spent quite a bit of time looking for the "nail" but upon further inspection it seems that i hit a pothole and the edge of the rim pierced the lower part of the sidewall causing a nasty gash

I got a set off pss from union rim repair for a good price. Maybe give them a try?

Lake house trip upstate, 500 miles round trip. Loaded up with people and stuff. Suspension and throttle in comfort, car just effortlessly munches the miles. Wish 7th gear was slightly longer as end up sat at 3K RPM, but it really is such a well mannered cruiser when you want it to be.

Looks good. I have the OEM exhaust mod and have been considering the Megan. Just looking for better sound. Curious what the Megan sounds like.

Which OEM mod do you have? When you say better, are you talking about louder or just better in quality?

I just got Rogue test pipes installed and I already want something added to make it much louder.

Will try to get some sound clips. Drove it to work today and really liking the sound. I know its probably "placebo" effect but the car seems to run better, more torque.....Ive read conflicting articles that deleting mufflers can impact torque and other articles saying that's bunk.....who knows. But compared to muffler delete, happy with the Megan. Gets a good growl when you step on it and you get up in the RPMs. But not at all obnoxious.

Drone is nothing compared to muffler delete - a little around 2k RPMs - but at a level that actually sounds good. Quite minimal.

Currently running the cats due to emissions here in my county........but might install some high flow secondarys eventually - which again Ive read they may or may not have an effect on performance improvement.

Next in line though is an Alex tune towards the end of the month.

There are some other clips out on the web of the Megan sound....but I feel mine sounds a little different. Again, will try to get some clips of mine and post a link.

I have the 4 pipe welded method. I feel like there's a little too much bass. Not sure. I don't want anything obnoxious either.

I just installed the Megan on mine last week, I'd say the characteristics are similar to that of the OEM muffler but amplified. There is some drone in that 2-3k rpm band under heavier loads but low load environments it's as quiet as OEM, at least in cabin.

I measured with my phone sitting in the drivers seat on cold start up.

Id agree. In my case, if this makes sense, I feel the sound has more "fullness, bass". And in upper RPMs better "growl". I drove to work today with the windows down about 1/3 of the way (and it was 65 degrees-nice departure from heat and humidity) and really liked the sound compared to OEM......
