I'm still skeptic about the fluid level, because in the m2 club many people claim about that sound to be honest, the thread started few days ago on FB, i might think that the suction pipe is broken instead of oil level issue, but definatelly i will investigate out, i ordered a new getrag pump and a set for refreshing the oil, my friend working in a bmw dealership as mechanic, but nobody have a clue there what it could be fun thing

Try the fluid refill solution first. If the issue goes away then you can always return the new pump for a refund.
