Edit: Apparently some will. Interesting. Might be worth looking into.
The biggest hurdle for the 5.25" is the depth but those MBQs are a reverse magnet type design similar to the SWS so they are very shallow. As far as I know, that is the only reverse magnet 5.25" on the market.

Only one way to find out... get a set, install it like the member in the link provided and see if you like them. Actually, that member used those MB Quart with the HiFi OEM amp (25W max at 2 ohms driving a 4 ohms load) and he liked them. So imagine what can be done with your JL amp and the bit one with those...

This is the same as my decision of keeping the Individual Audio OEM speakers with my aftermarket system. Only after installing the bit one and the amps and tuning everything up then I found out that the 4" OEM speakers are excellent with this particular equipment, but not before.

Then I got the Morels used for cheap and then discovered that they are not $700 better than the OEM speakers. They sound slightly better in midbass in some songs, but not a radical $700 better and not in all types of music.

So looking at the paper specs in one thing, installing the speakers and trying them in real life is another thing.

I would leave the rear OEM speakers in place until you test the MB Quart RUA 213 in the fronts. If you like the MB at the fronts then get the RUA 210 for the rears. You do not need to spend too much money for rear speakers, IMO...

well I might be getting a pair of focals for real cheap thats why I said that. I would imagine the focals would sound better than the MB's IMO.

If you can get them cheap to you then go ahead... that was the only way that I got my Hybrid Ovation set.

The Hybrid Ovation sounds great, and better be for the price.

well im just asking see if I get a set of hybrid and k2's which would be best to put in the front and rear and do you think they will be better than the MB's? Would it go better with a JL HD 600/4 or 900/5?

Ovation = front
Focal = rear
Morel 9" = underseat
L7= trunk

Get (2) HD600/4 so you can connect the 9" in stereo, or a HD600/4 and the HD900/5 if you are installing the OEM center speaker.

All tuned by the bit one.1.

Don't be shy, bro... make it happen.

so how much power would be going to the L7 with the 600/4? would it be the admw, elate or supremo 9? do they fit under the seats or need modifications?

The L7 would be getting power from the 900/5. I'm starting think you should just let a shop do this for you.

It maybe but if say I get my speakers for 400 instead of paying 700 wouldn't u do that also? I would hate to grossly overpay a shop just to give them business. My friend got hit over the head by one shop and his system isn't anywhere close to what I'm installing or hoping to at least. Unfortunately my previous installer is in the army now so that's the only reason I'm asking for sound system help
