I see you're in Yonkers. There's a used white '08 E90 for sale at Bayside BMW in Queens. Been sitting there for a few months since they opened up their new location. Not sure if a e90 is what you're looking for though, but at least its through a dealership. Quick tip if you do go through them, don't bother with their service dept. I've heard its pretty horrid quality.
