I usually don't take off quickly unless I have to, but I do wind it up before shifting quite often. Even driving this car in a fairly tame way is quite dramatic sounding because of where it likes to shift. There is at least one other Jerez Black E93 M3 in the area that I saw that same weekend (~3/28) on Lee Highway in Falls Church, near the I-66 overpass (in front of the Bear Rock Cafe). Another member here thought he saw me in Mclean at a car wash one day, but it wasn't me. So, there may be multiple JB verts in the Arlington/Mclean/Falls Church area. I see LOTS of nice cars driving around in this area--BMWs, Porsches, Mercs, Jags. Saw a silver Vanquish, a Delorean, and the Ferrari that Magnum PI used to drive (can't think of the model--308 maybe?) just today. Parked beside a yellow Gallardo a couple of weeks ago. Sorry if that's |

Long time lurker who has been on the fence about exhaust mods....
Stuck in horrible cherry blossom tourist DC traffic today (6mt) and see a AW e92 M3 while I was on 14th st.....looked lowered, BBS wheels (I think) and exhaust. Twas my first time hearing an M3 with an exhaust and now I need to hear it again!!! I get some glances when I pull from a red light but when this dude stepped on it EVERY tourist on the corner snapped to attention. It sounded like pure aural perfection and even though I was driving around in my own, that made my day. Anybody here? Kudos to you sir. |

Very nice car bro. I was on 14th slowly crawling back to VA and you were turning onto 14th...errr...trying to turn onto 14th. Yeah, traffic was inauguration-ish; I believe there was a turn-only lane you snuck into and then showered the pedestrians with Eisenmann. You have any good suggestions of a good place in the DC metro area where I can fully trust them with my car for mods? I've read too many horror stories to take my baby just anywhere. Being from Florida, this place definitely isn't very car crazy. |

HA HA< I got to hear and feel the Eisenmann with Don this past Saturday (thanks Don!) and it is indeed a very nice sounding exhaust! I will be on OMar to get my system shipped ASAP!!!
I get all my work done here: www.atspeedmotorsports.com tell them Michael sent you if you want to drive this far south. Cheers. Michael

Eisenmann or Remus! But still in the planning stages and have to convince wifey that it won't bother a passenger in a baby seat. "But sweetie that's why I got the sedan." |

Luckily, we have an X3 which will handle most of the baby chauffeuring needs. Though I definitely would NOT get on it with a baby in the back seat of an M3!!! Yikes.... |
