A lot if younger guys who graduate from college don't have mAny commitments - can easily afford the loan for an m3.
Cost of borrowing is really low right now compared to early 90's. Money is cheap. |

yessir - that was my point if i failed at making that clear lol...
there are a lot of people thinking us 20 somethings are not financially capable or responsible enough to handle it... but as someone above pointed out we also have less financial obligation than a lot of the more established family people may have so we can devote more money toward our fun.

I would have considered the 550 (non-GT) x-drive if its ride was like the M3. The M3 suspension simply feels better. I got seasick driving the 550 ocean liner.

ok a real answer, im 21, purchased my first 36 m when i was 18, at 19 i bought a 01 m3 and within the same year sold it and bought a r32 and an 05 m3, both are gone and now i have an e92 m3 ( purchased used) and another r32 currently being turboed, i make my own money but i also live home so its easy to afford these great toys, im also a responsible driver considering i havent wrecked any of my m3s
its very possible for someone my age to afford these if you play your cards right |

I drove my M3 till Feb. 2010
Retired from my own Engineering Consulting Business (time to enjoy life) Traded my 2008 Z4 and some cash from my M3 got myself the sDrive Z4 35i I like the wind in my hair same as my dog and when it rains we put the roof up (our family car is a Jag X-Type AWD best Jag they ever build in the good old USA ) HAVE TO > U P D A T E < this post too .... March 21, 2011 @ 08:25 The Z4 is gone traded for the M3 why the Z4 was nice, however a GREAT disappointment on the two rear wheel cracks. The Jag is gone traded for a MB C 350 4Matic, the Jag was nice too only aging at 7 years old besides the wife deserves something nice too

my second job is selling junk and shit lying around the house on craigslist.....i meet buyers of my crap up at the starbucks parking lot in my M. When they ask, i tell them the money i collect from you is helping me make the payments for this car......most of the people who buy from me pull up in beaters...except for this one guy last week who pulled up in a brand spanking new lexus to purchase a $5 beat up old wallet from me...
