Blake/Nawaaz - Air filter worth 70 bucks? I'd probably get the cheap one from Taylor..

The essence of most all air filters will be the same. Despite saying this, I spent $130 for the BMC filter. I'm sure the quality of it is a notch higher than the rest, although the performance gains will most likely be the same...

If you don't really care of which air filter as long as it fits and works, I would just go with the cheaper option.

I actually went to Autoscope to get a 'before' dyno done last week, but their belt on the machine broke while dyno'ing my m3, so they could not really finish the dyno.

Steve @ Autoscope is hopefully gonna call me next week so I can get it done though.

Being at the beach everyday would be pretty sick..especially with AA located in Florida..it would be nice.

Would you/others feel comfortable with just patching up a tire with a nail in it or would you guys replace the tire? (for free of course, bmw road hazard plan)

I have the hazard warranty, so I just let them replace the whole tire. Remember you have to have a certain amount of tread on your tire for them to replace it for free.

if you have a tire and wheel warranty package when you purchased the car, i have a better way of getting a new tire.

The tire is practically brand new. I don't even have 1,000 miles on it yet

So my nail in the tire...I already have lost air so I have questions for y'all.

Is it safe for me to drive ~70 miles to get that shit replaced or should I just patch it up at a local shop and call it a day?
