I'm a little late to the party. I joined the site back in 2011, when I purchased my Wife's 2012 535i. I joined the M3 club on the 3rd of Feb 2015, when I picked up a 2011 Jerez e92 DCT M3. The car is not as fast or as powerful as my 2000 Mustang GT; 450+ at the rear wheels. However, my M3 just makes me feel soooooo GOOD. Just cannot beat the feeling; PERIOD!

I bought 2010 m3 e92 dct..no way manual in my country always traffic jam

I wondering is it safe to tune the dct software?
Is it safe to using launch control? Or if I want to drag race just using manual launch left foot on the break and right food on the throttle and adjust manually

just purchased a 2012 e92 m3 dct. looove this car. only issue is the paddles dont work but the shift lever does. took the center airbag off the steering wheel and inspected harness, all looks good. do I need new paddles??

in april i got 2009--space grey e92
most of my car have been auto due to being disabled--
but the throttle lag was some getting used too---
but its awesome--

they were powder coated, they came that way when i bought the car, that car was totalled last july.

For a myriad of reasons DCT is superior to MT but the egos of the MT crowd prevent them from seeing that...so periodically it's nice to remind them of what they're missing and smiling...
Love my 2011 w/ZCP and DCT and wouldn't have it any other way!
