Yep thats her. Fucking bitch. I fought her, and beat her in court. She brought in proof of all my past tint tickets. Shes a real C$&T!

I have a CHP friend, Im going to ask him about this whole, open your hood shit. When I was a kid and had my integrea, I remember all of us saying that they cant tell you to do that legally, unless there was obvious just cause. From what I understand, you can say, was I speeding, was I racing, was I doing anything illegal. If the answe ris no other than your firnt plate, you can say IM not opening my hood. You can ask them to bring a supervisor onsite to clarify the law. And they usually back down.

But Im not sure on this at all. I have to ask.

2. and they can get really pissed and try and dive you a ticket for everything under the sun.

maybe if you said it nicely, but if your a smart ass about it, and talk in a threating tone you can get fucked....

i think each situation can be diff you just gotta judge and go with the flow

Ill find out exactly what the deal is. But if you know the law and what they really can or cant do, then you can stop them from taking advantage of you. They may try to fuck you in other way,s but you just go to court then, and if your story is true and they abused their power, they can be in deep shit. So the risk goes both ways. If they tell you, "open your hood" and you do. Then they are not abusing their power.

You need to have a very, very good grasp of the law in order to not be fooled by cops.

FACT: Cops can and will lie to you in order to get their way. Whether that is legal or not, it doesn't matter. If you go to court and tell the judge "The cop lied to me", they'll laugh you out of the courthouse.

Cops will always take advantage of their power.

Example:

Cop: Sir, can I take a look inside of your car?
Person: Officer, don't you have to have reasonable cause to look in my car? I didn't do anything to warrant this.

And here comes the BS...

Cop: It's called officer safety. I feel threatened and must now look in your car. Please step out.

At that point, there is nothing you can do. If you try to resist that, you can and probably will be arrested.

Some people record themselves every time they get pulled over. If you're really out to make a point, I think this is the best thing to do. If a cop does something illegal and you get it on video, you can (and should) sue the city for as much as you can get.

I want a DD thats like a totally stock diesel truck or something. Something that will never attract attention.

Wes, you are def right. They can pretty much do what they want. But Im sure there is the right things to say that will stop them in their tracks. Just need to find out what that is. Something that means you know how to fuck them back.

And next time I will def have to remember taking out my phone and recording it. You never know what you may be able to prove that way. Ive never been pulled out of a car and searched or anything. But if I was, I would def want a camera on for that.

they use chargers now? ive only seen that charger last night and its basically for show they only have 1. never seen any chargers out just crown vic's
