Very nice. Will look even better once lowered. What are the offsets? et27 rear and et22 front? If so, I highly doubt a 10mm spacer will work up front with a 265/35 but maybe the guys are Apex can speak to this. 10mm out back should be fine. I am looking to add a spacer up front to my 18x9.5 et22 wheels as well, I am pondering a 3mm (is it even worth it?) or a 5mm...Anyone have any thoughts?

Yes, 27/22. Here it is with the drop. There are 5mms on the front, nothing on the back. It should easily take 10s. Going to try that tomorrow afternoon,10s in front, 5s in back. |

That looks nice. Do you have any additional angles (particularly of the front). So just to confirm the effective offset is et12 up front (et22 with a 10mm spacer) with a 265/35/18 tire? I was nearly 100% certain that would be a bit much but that's great to know. Do you rub at all? Here I am nervous to run et17-19 up front with a 265/35/18.

Apex EC7 RS
19x9.5 19x10.5 These are just perfect on the E90. Car is a slicktop/single hump 6mt lowered on Ohlins R&T. No spacers, running 30/275 in front and 30/285 in rear. |

Hi Guys,
So i have some questions and need help. have my old faithful M3 e90 2011, been running on Öhlins R&T the last years, stock breaks with better pads, might get change these out later on but i do fairly well with these as we speak = me slow Have been using the stock 18" 219M with stock tire width, and on this spacers 12 and 15 mm, for the looks. But i am now tired of the spacers as i feel the vibrations in the range +125mph, i am sick of trying to getting rid of these and now want a wheel that sits flush without spacers. ARC 8 in gunmetal, either 18 or 19" Could you give me the options i have in both 18 and 19, would also like to have the setup if i chose to go staggered. Hope to get some guiding here, thanks. EDIT: Michelin tires are prefered, Cup2 is my weapon of choice. |

Stick with 18" imo. 9"et30 or 9.5"et22 upfront & 10"et25 or 10.5"et22/25 in back.
FYI, quality spacers, themselves, don't cause vibrations. It'll be because the hub lip and/or rotor hub face is not completely clean and/or the wheel was not mounted on the hub lip perfectly/lugs tightened perfectly evenly (star pattern). Spacers are an extra compenent, so there's greater chance of imperfect balance, but under absolute perfect installation/condition, don't, themselves, contribute to increased NVH. That said, proper wheel widths/ofsets that negate the need/desire for spacers is preferred for simplicity ofc.

I can’t for the life of me source a solid template for the new trophy kits. Our V1 ARC-8 (used wheels) needed a 2mm or larger spacer for spoke clearance against the standard ST60 380mm. I can check the V2 wheel which we sell currently to verify clearances if you’d like that info, but it applies only to the ST60 kit: https://centricparts.com/SiteData/me...26D0-01_FP.pdf Quote:
What I think fits your question: Square: 18x10 ET25 square + 275/35-18 tires. 19x10 ET25 square +275/30-19 tires. Staggered: F: 18x9.5 ET22 + 265/35-18 R: 18x10.5 ET22 + 285/35-18 F: 19x9.5 ET22 + 265/30-19 R: 19x10.5 ET22 + 285/30-19 Both square and staggered setups will be more flush than the OE, although some customers still choose to run spacers as you can see from this gallery thread. -Tom

Hi All,
Just purchased an E92 that will be converted to clubsport. It is on standard suspension at the moment but will be on KW Clubsports with topmounts, negative camber and adjustable camber/toe arms front and back as required in time. I want to know what is the best fitment to suit track in both scenarios with NO SPACERS, I am just not keen on the idea. I am thinking, probably EC-7's Front: 18x9.5" et22 with 265/35-18 Rear: 18x10.5" et27 with 295/30-18 Am I talking rubbish or is there a better option? Cars I have seen with this look to sit near perfect for me. |
