JP, although BZ's BBQ is the bomb, we may want to consider choosing a place right off I-25 for logistics. BZ's is tricky to find and doesn't have a parking lot, only street parking. Also, he is a one man operation and if we have a big group it could take awhile to get our food. Just a thought.
Roger, tracking that. Here's what I'm thinking, for the ease of finding it and for a large parking lot and quick service. The Buffalo Wild Wings off of the I-25 and Circle exit. It's on the south side of town, easy to find, and is only about 20-25 minutes away from PPIR. Yeah yeah, I know its no Hooters...but even Saint Van Rock can attest that the Hooters on the north end of town (off Woodmen) is ridiculously SLOW!!!

I'd rather have some time to relax and b/s before we all "mount up" and head to PPIR.

Anyone see it differently? If not, I'll contact them friday to set up the Saturday stuff. Tentative timeline would be:

1130-1145 all cars show up (who can make it)
1200 seated inside
1200- 1:15ish eat and b/s
1:15 - 1:20 roll out for PPIR
2pm arrive PPIR

*it may not take that long, and we may not get access until exactly 2...so we can always hang at BWW until about 1:30 before rolling out.

And here's my "for sale" plug: got my 20" Rohanna's and some oem 219s for sale, will def have the 20s available for viewing, maybe the 18s if I chose to run the track. Went back to my 19's and, although they look killer, I have no use for 20s. PM me if you want some details, but as I said, I'll have the 20s at the meet....ZERO defects to the wheels, what you see is what you'd get!!

I have about 4 people from Denver meeting up at Park Meadows. We should leave around 11 and be down there around 11:45. My car will be at the Revvolution booth so I might need to leave a little early from lunch.

I just got off the phone with Ryan from Revvollution who is putting on the event. If everyone could please pre-register it will make entrance/parking together much easier. If you don't mind, register to 'show' your car so we can all park together. It is only $5 more to 'show' your car vs. general admission (total of $25 to get in) and as a reminder all proceeds go to charity. He told me if I have an accurate head count he will personally rope off spots for the M cars. They are going to have a shoot out of the best drivers at the end of the day...COUGH *Bryan*... so hopefully we will have an M driver on the podium
Here are the additional details:
Pre-Register for the event @ http://events.revvolution.com/

Special Events:
-Open Road Course & Shootout (timed)
-Small Circle-Track Open Course & Shootout (timed)

Amenities:
-Music
-Automotive Photoshoots
-Beer Garden

So we need to preregister for the general admission and the people's choice car show? Or just the car show?

It's a bit confusing. Ryan from Revvolution said that we need to pay the $10 to get in and $15 for the show, so register for both for a total of $25.

Sounds sketchy. I'll risk parking by myself and paying at the gate. There's really no information on their site about it. Lets hope the failed planning doesn't continue on to the event, or it'll be a short day for this guy. There's too much risk involved to have poor planning. They better keep a close eye on safety, not just the bass competition and car show...

All of the info is on Revvolutions FB page:
https://www.facebook.com/events/444245412334851/

You can pay at the gate opposed to online if you think it's sketchy. Just might take you longer to get through.

I'm referring to the entire event as sketchy. I'm not a fan of events that involve track time with no safety inspections required prior to the event. You never know what harm can come from someone's ignorance. Granted, this doesn't seem like an all out track day, just enough of a teaser to convert average joe into a future track rat wanna be in a matter of a few laps. Hopefully there's someone on site to guide things along. I know most of the guys at PPIR, so I'm sure they'll be on top if it. Unlike the event coordinators, from what I've seen.

From what I'm reading, I think it's either/or in terms of GA and/or Car Show...

General Admission: $10
Note: You do NOT need a GA entry if you have purchased any of the other Contestant Events (dyno, circle-drag, bass, people's choice car show)

Car Show: $15
Note: You do NOT need a General Admission pass if you've registered for any of the contestant events

So if we opt to park/show our cars together, it's only $15/person as opposed to $25.

I called Revvolution and they said we needed to pay for both general admission and the car show...
I agree with ///MB Driver that it doesn't read that way on the web site...
I guess to error on the safe side just pay for the car show and if we need to pay more at the gate we can. I am going to chat with the organizer tomorrow to reserve parking. Ill explain the confusion to him and hopefully he can expedite entering the event.

I just got off the phone with the event sponsor. It is now only $15 total. They changed it after I spoke to him and updated the web-site. He is reserving spots for all of us so please register for the 'car show' for $15 bucks. They also just added a Euro category in the show. Sorry for the confusion!
Look forward to catching up tomorrow!

I'll be there for 2-3 hours tops, so any show entries will probably be rendered unless. Not that my car is anything special, aside from being the only blue sedan.
Perhaps a baby seat might bet me some extra points?
