Seems like an awful lot of work for a time advantage that more seat time could make up for.
I guess I'm not one to talk as my TT car is fully stripped, but it's also a dedicated track car. |

My main goal here is to see for myself how reduction in weight affects performance on the track. Honestly now that I know how to remove rear seat it can be done in 30 minutes or less. Passenger seat takes me like 10 minutes

I was just giving you a hard time. It's hard to say if it will improve times that drastically. Conditions vary, as does driver skill. It won't hurt lap times, thats for sure. But until you level off on your performance as a driver, your times should drop with each event given the same conditions. That's when its hard to tell if the weight reduction helped your lap times, or if its the additional seat time and confidence while on track that did it.
