hey man i dont want to rain on your parade, but how is $75 a deal? there are plenty of shops in the area that charge $65 flat rate for the same services. autoscope has there markups for the facility. but im sure the guys on here would rather save some money rather then spend a lot more.
i mean i just got 3 pulls on dyno dynamics for $40 today. maybe i just value $35 more?

This is my first time taking interest in getting a dyno done, and especially setting up a dyno day for our fellow members. I've heard very good things about Autoscope, and their name has came up more than a few times here on the forum. That is why I decided to give them a shot. Also, I spoke to the head manager there, and simply asked for his best price on a group dyno. He offered $75 per car. I'll see if he can reduce the price, even though he seemed pretty firm....But I'll still see if I can save us more money by talking to him some more. I don't know how other facilities/places are, but I wasn't really disappointed with Autoscope's facility. And I'm sure that there's a good chance that their facility and service are a step higher than many out there, but that's just my opinion from my experience when I decided to stop by a week ago. At the end, you bring a good point. Thanks for your input razahyde. |

^ hmmmm.....I don't know whether I should feel jealous or upset since I will not make that much power with all my mods on my M3.
The most I'll end up with is about 390 whp, since that's a proven # with almost the same mods as another M3. You're making SERIOUS power, that's for sure. |

E39 stock - 290whp E60 stock - 390whp ESS M5 - 427WHP that is on dyno dynamics, on dynojet you can go ahead and add another 40-50whp.

Just a friendly FYI update:
I decided to call up Steve @ Autoscope, and ask if he could please do better on the pricing for us. He kindly said said $75 per vehicle would be the best he could honestly do for us. We're still planning to hold our Dyno Day on October 17th at their Love Field location. Thank you all for your undrstanding, and participation. |

nawaaz, if there's no interest at the price autoscope is offering, i have a few shops with dynojet i could put a meet together at. it would be about $40-50 for 3 pulls.

As of right now, I'll stick with Autoscope since I've been keeping in touch with Steve over there. I think it'll get pretty frustrating for me if I change everything around right now. Thanks again man. |

No interest in modifying the car. She's a stock daily driver and will stay that way.

Nawaaz,
Kind of off-topic but I was curious what your plans were for performing dynos on all those sick mods your installing. Are you planning on doing a baseline then a dyno after everything is installed/tuned? Or are you planning to do incremental dynos to see the gain from each mod being stacked on.
