I'd like monoballs for the front tension strut on my 2005 X5 4.4i. The stock ones wear out so quickly it's not even funny. I have Powerflex in there now, but I'm not too sure these will last that long either...

just saw ind, pairing with falline, also released a front monoball conversion, and it's priced in the middle between dinan and bw. I wonder what's the main difference between the 3. Btw, for those of you already installed, are these sealed? or do they require any maintenance?

Guys, I was reading that your uniballs were making noise......try this lubricant spray called "triflow". It's made specifically for Teflon lined uniballs. I have massive suspension on my off-road truck that provides 22" of wheel travel. The upper and lower A-arms mount to my spindle with 1 1/2 uniballs on top and 3" uniballs on bottom. My lower A-arm pivots at the frame were 3" uniball as well. Non of them had a dust boot. After abusing my truck in Mojave all day dirt and debris would get in the uniballs on my upper A-arms and they'd whine when turning. A lil compressed air and a few sprays of triflow and it'd be gone.
