Definitely remove the belts one by one and see which one stops the noise. My guess is PS pump or water pump, but could also be AC condenser.

Alright everyone, after digging around some more, I finally found the issue: the AC/power steering idler pulley! It's right under the OFH, so that's why I could hear it so well in there. Definitely threw me off. Anyways, I ordered a new one from FCP, got it swapped, and no more noise. Hope this helps someone in the future!
