All tunes allow you to code out CELs from missing cats/o2s and coldstart/sap. You could also do that for like $150 with a ediabaslib dcan cable and ecuwrex. No need for another ~$800 tune.
But this issue is you, not the Alpine tune or anyone's tune.

Other people have reported having similar issues and the codes I’ve scanned all come back to the o2. People replace them and still had the same problem

Yes because their car still needs something. The tune Alex puts out is the same for everyone. It's fairly basic coding, not black magic. If there was something wrong with it, all users would have your issue. Flash the car back to stock, clear adaptations, drive it a few times and see what codes come up. Should only be catalyst and rear o2s. If there are others, you still have work to do. If not, then load Alpine tune and drive it a few times and see what happens.
