The roof damage I think is a mistake and needs to be removed from the vehicle history I am just unsure of how to get that done, The rear damage was from the previous owner who backed into a ladder in his garage trying to park the car and scuffed the rear bumper cover, he had it professionally repainted and redone so I couldn't even tell anything had happened, no frame damage or twists just about a 6 inch scuff of the paint

The car at this time is no longer for sale, sorry my friend. Got tired of dealing with shenanigans.

Aka the car is probably overpriced for it's history and/or OPs pictures with a potato camera didn't help matters. Not to mention multiple post/usernames and questionable character.

This is the kind of thing I am talking about, Questionable character? the stories I have heard from previous interested parties regarding the previous owner and his clear lack of maintenance on the car and the shady deals is what is questionable character. Dragging your feet so that the registration lapses when I was nothing but polite prompt and on time with everything on my end is questionable character. I am still not convinced he didn't create a secondary account just to bash this thread too since that account has not liked a single post or commented on anything since commenting on this particular thread... Interesting... I even had a potential buyer swear up and down over the phone to me for 15 minutes the entire car had been repainted because they had never personally seen this color in person before... -.- MODS delete both threads if possible car is no longer for sale at this time.

So we're just going to pretend like this thread you made under a different username doesn't exist? The one where the previous owner outted you as being super unreasonable?

https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1639252

My comment was also based on the experience that a very good friend of mine had when he reached out to you. He asked you for better interior pics because what you had on the ad was garbage and you couldn't even see the bolster wear on the driver seat besides one pixelated pic from the passenger side taken with a 2010 cellphone camera. Too bad for you, he was a cash buyer and genuinely interested, but your reply to more pics was "it's a 9.5/10 bro trust me" lmao. You reap what you sow. I'm sure others experiences were no different.

There is no "bolster wear" on the seats and the pictures are not THAT bad sorry im not a professional photographer. I don't even sit in the seats without putting a towel or something down because I want to protect the integrity of the interior of the car. If that was a deal breaker on the car then im sorry but your friend also didn't even offer to drive down or meet me to see the car in person much like a majority of the buyers. Like I said your opinion is he "outted" me my opinion is he pushed his side of the story. When I picked up this car the oil hadn't been changed, tires were so balled I had a flat the day after getting home and had to tow it to a tire shop, He let the registration lapse because he was too lazy to change his home address and knowing I am both in the army and work for the government proceeded to ask me to go to the DMV to do that bit of paperwork for him and I refused stating I had done literally everything else including flying to sacramento and purchasing the car on little to no sleep coming back from a month long training event with my unit, I filled out every ounce of paperwork for him and was polite and on time and he couldn't even clean out the trash from the car. "questionable character"... I asked for money afterwards to cover those late registration fees and the minor issues the car was having days after obtaining it like random misfires constantly (was way worn spark plugs FYI) because like I said he literally did zero maintenance. I sold my one series to pick this car up and MY car was in flawless shape when I delivered it to its new owner, new oil, hand washed, interior cleaned, I EVEN MET THE GUY AT THE SMOG SHOP and paid for the smog. so yea sorry my character is "questionable" to you. This E90 is in pristine condition at this point and I don't plan to sell her anymore. The only even moderately nice thing he did was agree to "gift" the car to me on the bill of sale. Big F'in deal I still ended up paying more for the late fees because of him anyways. I even had a buyer contact me saying he had drove down to see the car, SHOOK hands with him and gotten the money together because he was going to buy and he cancelled on that guy because I offered him 1k more. Had I known the extent the other individual went through to make that happen id have not moved forward with the deal and neither should have the previous owner.

Moderately nice thing by gifting it to you? You mean commiting tax fraud and saving you $3k in taxes is a moderately nice thing to do? Jeeze you have high standards. As for bald tires it's not like you bought the car sight unseen, you ever heard of due diligence from a buyer? That's all on you my man, take some accountability.

Just like my friend was trying to do his due diligence by asking you for pics because he was 3000 miles away! Can't exactly take a cruise out and see it that way can you? And who in the right mind would schedule a ppi prior to seeing some decent photos of a car? I'm no professional photographer but you bet your ass when I'm selling a car I'm taking as many clear photos as I can because I keep my cars mint and I want the buyer to see that. And thus I very rarely deal with any tire kickers or shitty buyers. Quality ads get better results, no question about it.

As for the registration issue this is all things you should have clarified before buying the car, once again do your research and take accountability. You didn't even respond to his comments on the thread which tells me you either had no argument or accepted that you were wrong.

Anyway this is the last post I'm making here, enjoy your car man, it's a nice car and I wish you best of luck with it.

Actually I did purchase this car sight unseen... Like I had said I flew from San Diego to Sacramento and had already sold my car to make it financially happen so learn to read, and as far as registration sure I misunderstood from him that the registration hadn't been paid for the year, guess what it was on my end when I sold my car because of my "questionable character" it still doesn't changed the fact that I texted countless times "hey man you got on that change of address yet?" yo you go to the dmv yet? this taken care of yet? all the way up until guess what it was overdue and I got stuck with that.

I put this aside as i was done with the pettyness but i will not sit idle as the person who requested me to refrain from being involved CONTINUES to bash me and my pride in that car and the M Community. I am not scared nor ashamed to discuss anything here as i have integrity and prove all my points with supporting detail.

*Note, i did not create some ghost account. How could you assume/judge that about someone? I myself created this account for the purposes of finding my first M car, as im sure many have also.

**A forum is a RESOURCE. Information on the topic whether it is technical or opinionated. THAT is the reason people have been also contacting me to hear the other side of the story. Dont think its just you people are going to inquire with lol.

Character? Do not justify how you approach things to shine a brighter light to gain sympathy. I will gladly detail the time frame of registration and the conversations that went on with that if needed/requested. Again as i mentioned in my initial response (link below for those of you researching) he asked me for MORE money AFTER the sale to compensate. There was a lot of whining going on and i am more than happy to document and provide that to anyone but it looks like because of his lack of knowledge and true respect for this community/others, he has put himself in this situation.

Balled tires, spark plugs melted, oil and filter not changed before sale, car not washed prior to the sale, trash under the seat, clear lack of maintenance brought up to me by even other interested buyers, dragging your feet on the paperwork. Hate to see what a heap your cars are that you don't have pride in lmfao

Ahh so the true colors now finally show! Adulting is tough i know, but when you make large investments and big boy choices you need to be thorough which unfortunately you weren't. You asked a 100 questions right? Did you happen to forget about the ones you mentioned above? lol.

Ah yes, 'other interested buyers' also told me about how rude and lack of knowledge you had of the car. That's why they came to me for more information and insight (like knowing what rod bearing symptoms are).

All your posts reflect poor integrity. I would buy a car from a good guy. By that i mean honest and true. Just because you tidy up a car real well doesnt mean you are the greatest of great. I answered all your questions and the moment you find something pop up you point the finger. Did you document all work on the car you sold? Since that car was SALVAGED title (which you dont mention in your posts) ANYONE would do what you did to sell it. You continue to bash on someone over and over and show ZERO accountability (confirmed by several forum members). Now people see the type of 'car guy' you are, and im sure that was the tipping point to avoid you (not the car). Smart move.

your talking about my 1 series which I sold for 7k and is totally irrelevant to this thread lmfao. Still had zero issues and the new owner continues to baby that car and drive it to this day where we live. Has nothing to do with your lack of maintenance and lack of getting stuff done regarding paperwork and helping a fellow buyer out who paid over your initial asking price. Solid M enthusiast there

You literally just proved the points I made! LOLL. Relevant to this thread? Then WHY did you even bring it up to others in this post!? LMAOO. You used that as an example to glorify yourself!! Man you just keep digging your hole deeper and deeper.

P.S. - You cant call yourself an M enthusiast if you dont even know what causes rod bearings and the symptoms.

Your judging me for not knowing the things that would be wrong with this car before buying it when I was going off of your ad my friend. I am 27 years old your how old? I didn't know everything there was to know about these cars until I owned one and was actually able to dig into things, Your just assuming everyone knows every nut and bolt on a car before owning it wake up to reality. I figured out the cars gremlins after buying it and ironed them out myself over time, whats your excuse???

and just a P.S lol I brought up my old ad just to verify I wasn't nuts and it mentions everywhere that it was a salvage title. not like I was hiding literally anything from a potential buyer.
https://www.1addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1607918

go figure those pictures were days before I sold it, much cleaner than the condition you had this car in when I flew out to pick it up

...You admitted you NEVER did ANY type of research going into this purchase???! Dude...thats just sad smh (BTW yall, this is his OTHER account; tried to hide the trail of the original sale, integrity move right?)

LOLL...You really had to dig up your old sale post? to justify and yet again add more glory? "i BrOuGht Up My OlD aD.." Youre actually doing more harm to your credibility.

When/IF you take accountability in life maybe this will all make sense padawan. Again that's part of being adult. I know you got a lot of bitterness and want to keep acting as if you were sold a salvaged car but it you weren't. How would you approach the buyer of your car if there were issues? "Oh I wOuLd Go OuT mY wAy To HeLp HiM oUt" I can do this all day but ill say what the 3 other guys being entertained by this are thinking, "get over it and move on".

I did my research however I don't expect anyone to know issues with a car directly after purchasing it that were not otherwise advertised. You are trying to bash my 1 series because of it being a salvage? Look at that ad and everything I did and cared for on a 8k salvage title BMW... Then look at the amount of maintenance you did on a highly rare E90 M3, you seeing my point here? you arent an enthusiast like you see yourself as when you look at yourself in the mirror lol. Im done with this thread the car is well maintained now and in my possession thankfully and not yours any longer. If and when I go to sell this car ever god willing it will be in great condition and a turn Key example of what these cars deserve, You go keep being "jordantastic" like your username says (jesus even your name is egotistical) and ill do for this car what should have been done in the first place. I can also promise if I ever do sell itll be washed and actually have tires and gas in it lol. Later.

Thank you for listening to your elders and moving on.

P.S - You may need to get your eyes checked because a clean car, tires and gas are all things people can assess. But make sure you dont assess it AFTER driving from Sacramento to San Diego. LOL.
