Thanks, I did. I hope you weren't working on your car on X-mas.

I'd be interested to hear your feedback. I'm going to do the straight through exhaust mod and see how it is sometime in 2019. Then maybe do test pipes. I would like to replace the OE plastic plenum with a CF piece. Despite my hatred for CF I think it would sound great!

Not sure that it is a common issue but Syt_Shadow possibly lost of motor to a clogged cat on his track car? I wouldn't go ripping off the cats in fear but I don't see a need for the primaries unless you have to pass emissions. I had a hole in my cat on my S54. It was spitting out platinum on the track.

Haha, I was not working on my car over Christmas... way too much good shit going on. Although, the pile of parts in my garage that I have been collecting for my winter work is becoming silly lmao. I will be busy AF working on car over Jan and Feb.

It does seem as though a carbon plenum makes a beautiful engine sound. I would only encourage such a thing

I'm also not worried about track performance for my E90 anymore either. I have my whole 2019 track season already planned and almost all of the events I will be driving the E30 racecar that I will be racing with my buddy starting in 2020. So, I don't feel the need to remove primary cats on my E90 for track purposes at this point.

I do look forward to hearing clips of your exhsust and/or CF plenum mods though! Keep me posted!

PM I'll send you my number I have the ATAK and have tried diff combos like just the muffler, no res stock x pipe, no primaries stock x pipe, full catless but 2 res etc. So I can help with any questions you have regarding loudness, smell or drone.
