Thanks for sharing that. I had been thinking about cams but will wait longer. Schrick screwed up a batch of S52 cams around 13 years ago and someone reported a month ago that S52 Schricks just purchased were not correct. At least with the S52 you could ignore the timing blocks in the back and not use the factory timing tool and instead degree them, but it does not look like that is possible on the S65 Schricks.

Nice! Can't wait to see these results. Glad you're pushing the platform and working with Steve's new outfit. Sounds like you'll see some nice top end gains :-)

Does SD Autotech offer the 'old' Dinan stroker motor in its entirety?

Sounds amazing!

Curious if SD Autotech might offer this for non-strokers as well?

The team/ tooling that built the Dinan motors all moved under the SD Autotech brand. Same Dinan motor, same team and same warranty.

Sounds amazing!

The kit works on non stroker - different tune and likely slightly less gains

Interesting. It seems like this might be the second wave of great NA mods for the S65 platform. Somewhat similar to the S54, it only took 10 years

Love to see this on your bottom end! Will there be any flowbench data shared with this head?

Aftermarket valvetrain flows much better right out of the box (even STs) for the S65/85 with stock ports... light porting on the exhaust and just a clean up of the machine marks in the intake yields excellent flow results while (most importantly) retaining velocity.

Nice, should be an enjoyable end product, congrats on getting it all done and looking forward to the cam review.

As soon as my goodies show up from M24, the SD cams Stage 1 are going in also

Picking car up Thursday. Epic tune in hand. Cams in and car runs just fine apparently but it's finishing the other work.

Next is figuring out coilovers. I went backwards than most as that is one of the last things that will get done.

Last will be light aero. I really like the m4 gts wing with higher stations and oem e92 m3 gts front splitter.

I'll be back thursday!
