It's too early to say for sure because I only drove a short while today, but it does feel like the original difference is back. However, the damping of the Bilstein's is different than the OEM shocks. It feels firmer, but in a good way. Like more damped. I'm not sure if they tested the shocks, but they got codes on both the front and rear axles (even though I only ever saw a code for the rear).

Based on the reviews of others that went with the Bilstein B6, I didn't want to waste time and money on the OEM. I have a long drive next week and I did not want to do it in full stiff mode, so I just wanted this done.

Also, the Bilstein shocks are actually more readily available, cheaper (although some sites have the OEM for almost the same), and most of all they have a lifetime warranty.
