Skyline Runs - reboot

I was able to lock down some good twisty roads, meeting points, and food places, as well as getting the timing down on my run through this past weekend. I'll do a separate thread today or tomorrow with details and the sign up list, but mark you calendar for Sunday, 11/5 for a meet and run.

We had a small group out due to the rain. I'll organize another come spring time.
