"Winter tires are on order" - I wonder if they got them in the stock size to fit the 19" rims or if they have a complete wheel/tire combo on order.

It does have an imperial instrumentation cluster. So the logical questions are:

Why would BMW import this car with an imperial instrumentation cluster unless it is a US spec car?
Is it here for testing? Not for winter testing - no tires.
Why is it still camo'ed?
Is it here for homologation / certification for the US market?
Did someone just take the car to go get a coffee?

Jeez, T-Bone. These pics have really made the rounds through the internet. Was just in the garage 30 minutes ago and the car is still there. I'm tempted to put a Post-It on the car tomorrow morning before I leave for work demanding some answers

I'll see what I can do about getting some more specific info, but I'm sure that won't be very easy.
Any more detail photos anyone is interested in? I'll bring the camera out tomorrow.

As I have stated many times before, Jerez black is nothing more than Midnight Blue with a fancy name, end of story.
As for the audio, I am really hoping my suspicions are correct and that IA is a stand alone option, no Navi required, for the US market. CA and Ind Audio were both listed as stand alone options for the US market on the military spec/price sheet I posted some weeks ago. I am HOPING that the base system for the M3 is Logic 7 as in the M5. This would make more sense given the cost of audio upgrade on the price sheet I received was 700, same as the M5. We will see. Alot of conflicting info has been posted regarding the audio system from what I have seen. Time will tell...
