Driving around town normally with daily drive conditions it's quiet, doesn't start to scream until you give it real throttle, then it turns heads |

Oh Boy Oh Boy!
I have a feeling that this is a must own piece (When Harrop can sell the kit abroad)

With that pronounced sound might as well go ahead and get the solid/delrin differential bushings as well because the diff whine will blend right it.
Kit looks great |

All the numbers to date have been published. Head to head comparisons are for end users to publish, most manufacturers would or should have more respect for their Competitors than to publish head to head videos. |

I see you have the kit installed on your car. Are there plans for a gopro like video of this setup driving around down, WOT, etc. Much like we see with the other SC kits out there. What has been posted doesn't give a feel for what it is like. As for the comparisons, that wasn't to start a flame war, it was more to see the difference in power delivery side by side. Positive displacement should rock down low,and tail off towards the top, where all the other setups peak up top. Want to see what that looks like in an actual street / track environment. My guess would be stoplight to stoplight, Harrop -- but 1 mile pulls, the Evolve, ESS, VF, AA, etc. ---- On the track, it would matter track configuration. Again, my opinion. I am really interested in this setup and just want to know more. Currently my personal debate is between Harrop and Evolve. |

[QUOTE=Wizegi///M3;16164293]Apologies. I should have been more clear.
I see you have the kit installed on your car. Are there plans for a gopro like video of this setup driving around down, WOT, etc. Much like we see with the other SC kits out there. What has been posted doesn't give a feel for what it is like...... Sure, that's a fair comment, I have a few smaller ones on the YouTube channel but Harrop will in time get professional action videos done I have no doubt. Please keep in mind there are only a few kits out there at the moment and what doesn't come from Harrop will likely appear as posts from end users as the numbers increase For our friends in USA who may not be aware, Harrop have been a huge force in Motorsports here for 55 years, they have a very large factory and foundry in Melbourne, Australia and employ over 50 people. They are an ISO 9001 company and very conservative in their approach to releases of hardware or media releases. As for the comparisons, that wasn't to start a flame war, it was more to see the difference in power delivery side by side. Positive displacement should rock down low,and tail off towards the top, where all the other setups peak up top. Having had both a centri and the Harrop kit fitted I can say from experience you are exactly right here. The PD has an edge down low and getting to the higher to top end of the RPM range the centri takes over and delivers more right at the top. It just depends on where you want the power band to sit Want to see what that looks like in an actual street / track environment. My guess would be stoplight to stoplight, Harrop -- but 1 mile pulls, the Evolve, ESS, VF, AA, etc. ----..... On the track, it would matter track configuration. Yes,a and all your points here will make for good posts further down the track |

Dave,
Your review was great. I've been looking forward to this kit for some time. The Eaton TVS Superchargers are great units. Any idea what the current supercharger RPM is?

The most striking reaction to the kit from those who have not experienced the driveability is fitment. The kit does not look like a kit, it looks like an OE upgrade. Even the guys from a prominent BMW workshop here were struck with the fitment quality which almost looks more OE than stock. In this video there are some good fitment shots of the SC |

My curiosity surrounding the TVS1740 RPM is to figure out how much potential is remaining with this blower based on where the introductory kit falls on the compressor map. Can you tell me what the crank pulley diameter and blower pulley diameter are?
