Half the cars now come painted with red calipers , I don't see it being that bad. If someone likes blue then it's their car. It's not anymore rice then some of the color choices we see on this board with wheel colors.

I don't think I came off right with my post/pics. Here is a Picture of the car without direct lighting on the calipers. As you can see, they are just blue in this pic. Kind of hard to see also since they need some sort of direct lighting to reflect. Some or most of you still may not like it which is fine but it might change your mind from categorizing this with neon under glow.

Like I said before, I know this isn't for everyone but IMO its a lot better then some of the cars I see on here with hellaflush stance, blue rims, or a giant wing that a lot of non track guys feel the need to put on their M3s.

Speaking of that, why exactly does the M have decently sized calipers and the smallest brake pads I've ever seen lol? The front pads are about the same size as the rear brakes on a Supra lol.
Simple, because if the pads were any bigger your wheels would be black after a 15 minute drive from the excessive brake dust.

And don't get those caliper covers because you're not worthy. No one is worthy enough for those amazing covers.

Powder coating the calipers BMW blue was the original option but this was a much shorter turn around and also very easily reversible if we didn't like it.

Lol that's very true. never had so much brake dust from any car I've owned lol.

That's the truth, with the designer being the lead engineer from the predator drones, none of us are worthy! haha

Those covers should be displayed in a museum. I can't believe that thread went for as long as it did.

Man rough day for the OP. Prob not something I would do, but I'll at least ask the questions others have ignored.

So how does this work? You said it only reflects in certain light. Do they glow in the dark? Are other colors an option?

Its ok, I have thick skin and I've seen how some of these threads have gone so I knew what could happen lol.

This is a reflective wrap, it reflects direct light as in a flashlight aimed at them, a cameras flash, headlights on cross streets as you drive by at night and so on. They do not glow in the dark. Red, gold, yellow and black (reflects white) are available and I know other colors will be available later on.

Black reflecting to white wouldn't be so bad I guess.
