Just spoke with the dealer and my car was serviced under SIB 330102, which this thread indicates has been superseded!

No break-in procedure for wheel bearings, they should be enclosed and maintenance free.

I buy my cars from LQ BMW, never get them serviced there. The situation was much worse before they built the new service dept. They are the only dealer for Brooklyn, and Staten Island does not have a BMW dealership. Take your car elsewhere for service!
