Full Varis diffuser is the sexiest mod available for the M3, bar none.

Hope some vendors are looking!
I'd really like to see the GTS-V brought up a little higher and blended in with the bumper like my MS Paint skillz show below (and I mean no disrespect to EAS). I love the rear of our cars but feel the bumper design is a bit over the top in this area, almost crazy body kit like. I think this would give the car more of a modern/updated E46 backside.
Thoughts? I haven't seen anything like it on the market.

I'm partial of course, given that i'm sporting the challenge race diffuser, but for me its challenge as number 1, and varis as #2. My personal preference is something a little subtle and doesn't drastically distract from OEM, which is why i like the challenge piece. But if you're into the straight aggressive look, its Varis all the way. Does the varis provide any performance benefit? You'd be fooling yourself if you think it does. But it looks amazing. Few pics of my Challenge Race:

Acquisition...Not gonna happen. That diffuser has been MIA for a about a year now. Challenge will not confirm or deny that they will ever make it again. ASK ME HOW I KNOW!!!!

We are currently retooling for the Diffusers and trying to get it done ASAP. We have not been taking any new orders or giving any concrete ETA until it is 100% done and units on the shelf. The long and aggressive fins are its best feature, but also VERY difficult to make.
Your local Challenge dealer should be able to help any customer once we have them ready to go and in stock. |

I wish ALL of the vendors would pull the item off their website and have Challenge classify the item as DISCONTINUED.

Indirectly, I have heard that song & dance for nearly a year now. What exactly does ASAP mean in terms of days, weeks & years?

The Vendor has done nothing wrong. I requested that the order be left open.

Retool a mold? I mean unless they make things differently at Challenge, I would think this would be a simple fix.

i had no idea they stopped making this diffuser. I had heard a lot of comments about challenge parts being difficult to come by, but i had no clue they were backlogged by over a year. Such a poor business move on their part.... they're literally turning away money. There must be some reason for this in the background - maybe financial difficulty, or litigation. I just can't imagine how any good company would basically go MIA for over a year with a number of their parts.

Believe me I haven't even bought the challenge diffuser and I am mad because I have tried for about 6 months. Truelly dissappointed on how long it takes on these diffusers to be in production.

If your "currently retooling" ...you must be done by now. What is the status on these elusive unicorns?
