No offense taken at all. In all honesty, I do miss the ability to heel and toe a little and I've had to adapt my driving habits to get what I want from the car. Are there things I don't like about DCT? Yes. Are there are things I don't like about driving a 6sp? Yes again. But overall both 6sp and DCT are cool IMO - they just result in a different driving experience...

Did you need to drill holes in the pedals to mount these?

Yes. The brake pedal is a bit challenging as the metal is pretty tough. Gas pedal is just plasitic so no big deal. If you decide later to take them off then the brake pedal holes will be covered by the rubber cover but the gas pedal holes will remain exposed.
